Membership

 

CPNA is a not-for-profit organization that is run by a volunteer board of directors.

The annual fees collected from the membership-base are strictly directed towards administrative and marketing costs with any surplus being reinvested in enhancing existing and expanding into new services.

A Financial Statement will be issued at the end of each fiscal year and can be made available to any CPNA member upon request.

How to Become A Member?

By Regular Mail

  • Attach a $100 cheque payable to CPNA

  • Mail your application and your cheque to: CPNA, P.O. Box 37004, Mississauga, ON, L5V0B6

Once the application is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you including your membership card.

Note: You can contact any of our Partners to obtain a competitive quote by referencing the CPNA group discounts; however, you will not be able to sign any agreement or realize the savings our partners have to offer until you acquire a CPNA membership number.
